Fleek and Polygon Labs form partnership to enhance blockchain-based cloud solutions

When compared to AWS, Fleek testnet’s web services are quicker and cheaper. The Golden Fleek-Polygon logo represents the teamwork in the cloud and onchain.

Fleek, a platform for computing, has partnered with Polygon Labs to provide online services for applications built using the Polygon CDK. A new generation of permissionless web services built on Fleek’s on-chain cloud architecture will be the goal of the strategic cooperation, as stated in today’s announcement. Furthermore, Fleek introduced its first public testnet.

Harrison Hines, CEO of Fleek, expressed his excitement about the partnership with Polygon Labs, saying, “We are excited to link up with Polygon Labs and assist give Polygon CDK developers with onchain solutions for their cloud infrastructure requirements.” “We want to build web services that solve actual problems in terms of performance, cost, developer experience, self-sovereignty, and decentralization.”

According to the statement, Fleek’s infrastructure has shown a TTFB of 37.02 milliseconds in its testnet trials, which is faster than AWS Lambdas and Vercel Serverless.

In addition, the partnership will provide a secure, cost-effective, and censorship-resistant alternative to existing cloud platforms, which is a major concern. By removing human error and offering scalable infrastructure without heavy DevOps, Fleek’s worldwide network of web infrastructure operators may drastically save expenses.

One of the guiding concepts of Web3 is freedom of choice; another is accessibility; and Fleek’s vision is in line with this philosophy. “The Polygon network will become even more flexible and diverse—accelerating the evolution and maturation of the blockchain space as a whole,” commented Sandeep Nailwal, Co-Founder at Polygon Labs, on the idea of giving Polygon CDK developers more freedom in choosing their preferred tools for cloud infrastructure needs.
