Binance stops withdrawals in Pounds for UK Users

Binance stops the withdrawal in pounds for UK users, As the binance has lost the agreement with the Clear junction, a payment solution provider. Binance has not given the additional details about why and when it will resume.

Binance stopped GBP withdrawals for UK customers, according to a report by the Financial News in London. On July 13 revealed that the withdrawal of funds in pounds has become difficult for the UK-based Binance users. The exchange thereby informed the customers via mail about the difficulty existing in the Faster Payments Network (FPN).

Accordingly, the UK-based Binance users are now facing the issue of inadequate fiat currency options for withdrawals. Apart from the mail, Binance has not given further details specifying why the GBP withdrawals are stopped and when it will recover the issue and restart. The Exchange simply explained, as and when the issue will be cleared and solved they will inform its users.

Not going very deep with the issue, it’s quite noticeable what resulted in the break of cash payouts. According to a report given by Clear Junction, a global payment solution provider, on Monday, it said that it will end up providing payments in the pound or euro for Binance.

Earlier the exchange was permitted by Clear Junction to receive withdrawals and deposits from the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and the FPN.

SEPA payments would be stopped as “reasons outside of their control” according to the Binance report lent prior a week. As Clear Junction has quit Binance, the Binance presently has to move in search of a unique provider to safeguard itself without a positive possibility in the U.K.

Binance Fails to clarify

The growing issues of one of the outstanding crypto exchanges in Europe have left its customers quit. The warning given by the United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in June, can help to check out Clear Junction’s withdrawal. According to FCA, Binance was performing its exchanges without a license in the U.K. and also FCA warned the public about doing business with it. With such a warning, the exchange to stop the cash payouts using the FPN, such a second attempt, has gone bad for UK customers.

Presently both the Barclays and Santander U.K.  prohibited the transactions to Binance. As FCA was only excluded to Binance market limited and not its global crypto undertaking, therefore it seems difficult for the only regulatory body to do an inspection.

Binance is currently under examination by five nations including Japan, Poland, Germany, and Canada.
