Binance Expands Cryptocurrency Trading to a Pacific Ocean Nation of 5 Million
Binance, the biggest digital asset exchange by trade volume, is extending its services to a Pacific Ocean island nation.
The exchange has successfully registered as a financial services provider in Recent Zealand and officially opened “Binance New Zealand,” according to a new blog post.
Binance may now provide spot trading, non-fungible token (NFT) trading, and staking to citizens of the nation.
According to the exchange’s chief executive, Changpeng Zhao, Binance’s entrance into New Zealand is the most recent in a string of new territories. The Bank of Spain recognized Moon Tech Spain as a virtual asset services provider (VASP) in July, enabling Binance to provide exchange and custody services in the nation.
In addition, the Spanish registration followed the exchange’s regulatory clearance in France and Italy in May.
Despite the crypto bear market, the business has continued to increase operations. Late in June, Zhao said that the business is now pursuing 50-100 new transactions.
