Great Place To Work’s prestigious annual list of the “Best Workplaces for Parents” honours companies for their exemplary efforts to establish a positive and supportive work environment that encourages the progress of parents and caregivers.
Great Place To Work determined the “Best Workplaces for Parents” by analysing the survey answers of more than 568,000 workers at Great Place To Work-certified companies.
95% of Ripple employees think that it is a fantastic place to work, according to a survey by Great Place To Work, compared to 57% of workers at the typical U.S. firm.
Fortune recognised Ripple as one of the top employers in 2020. Inc. magazine identified Ripple as one of the fastest-growing private firms in America this year. This comes as Ripple declared growth despite its ongoing legal fights with the SEC.
During a tough bear market, Ripple expanded its personnel, distinguishing it from other crypto businesses that were forced to lay off employees.
