Mike Tyson started a debate on Bitcoin and Ethereum
Bitcoin and Ethereum are strongly competitive, Mike Tyson, the boxing legend is striving to find which cryptocurrency is better. The Ethereum community in conversation said that the largest Altcoin denotes the future of the Internet.
Presently, one of the biggest heavyweight boxers in history turned to Twitter for help, started a debate between the two largest cryptocurrency communities.
Michael Saylor states that he has spent “thousand hours” thinking about the same question, which is currently running on Tyson’s mind, and decided to choose Bitcoin. Ethereum community in conversation, said that the largest Altcoin denotes the future of the Internet.
This discussion would have been more effective, if Tyson had not been diverted by another altcoin community that has been paying attention to their favorite tokens.
Although, no canine coins were mentioned in the first tweet, the holders of Dogecoin and its multiple offshoots i.e., Baby Doge ended up receiving the boxer’s answers.
Early days of Tyson’s in Bitcoin
Although in the era of Elon Musk the celebrity no longer encourages the cryptocurrency community, it is worth declaring that Tyson was one of the first A-listers to return to the Bitcoin train when cryptocurrency was not widely known.
In 2015, a former boxer started his first branded Bitcoin ATM in Las Vegas. In 2016, Tyson revealed about launching its own cryptocurrency wallet, for iOS and Android users.
In 2019, the former heavyweight champion was anonymously embroiled his name in a crypto-related controversy to promote a fraudulent blockchain scandal called “Fight to Fame”. In a tweet, Tyson rejected his interest in the project, whose chief executive was reportedly on Interpol’s wanted list.
