CZ Discusses Elon Musk’s Tweet Regarding Binance Following Yesterday’s FUD

Following the claims against Binance that were made by Semafor yesterday, a fresh Elon Musk manoeuvre was made by CEO CZ.

It was reported yesterday on the news website Semafor that the United States Department of Justice was considering filing a fraud complaint against Binance but ultimately decided against doing so in order to safeguard customers from the potential fallout of such an action.

A few hours before the news broke, Changpeng Zhao (CZ), the founder and CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, published the number “4”, which stands for fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

Following the dissemination of the aforementioned news by Semafor, the price of Bitcoin saw an abrupt drop and dropped below $29,000. At the time that this article was written, the price of a single bitcoin was $ 29,127.

On the other hand, it came out that Semafor was a news website that was supported by FTX back when FTX was still in business.

After the collapse of FTX in November 2022, Elon Musk wrote a post in which he claimed that FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried was the owner of Semaphore and that Bankman-Fried had a conflict of interest while preparing the news of the firm. Elon Musk also indicated that he had a conflict of interest while preparing the news of the company.

CZ shared Elon Musk’s tweet, in which Musk claimed that he was the owner of Semaphore at the time, Sam Bankman-Fried, in response to the news that Semafor had published yesterday, which this time targeted Binance.

CZ is dropping signals with this action that the allegations made yesterday were really sponsored by Sam Bankman-Fried, the CEO of FTX.
