The Fuse Network has announced an integration with Stargate
According to the most recent reports shared with Finbold on Tuesday, December 3, Fuse Network, a blockchain platform that specializes in payment solutions, has announced its integration with Stargate, the premier cross-chain asset bridge.
The anticipated outcome of the collaboration is the improvement of liquidity and interoperability throughout the Fuse ecosystem.
Fuse eliminates the necessity for conventional liquidity pools and provides more scalable and streamlined cross-chain transactions by utilizing Stargate’s unified liquidity model.
Fuse’s integration of Stargate’s Hydra technology guarantees secure, efficient, and cost-effective asset transfers as it endeavors to expand its ecosystem and optimize digital asset transfers across various networks.
The technology enables users to directly connect prominent assets such as USD Coin (USDC), Tether (USDT), and WETH from more than 20 blockchains to the Fuse Network.
The necessity for dedicated liquidity pools on Fuse is eliminated, as all of these assets are backed by sealed native reserves on core blockchains like Ethereum (ETH) and Arbitrum (ARB).
Hydra also enables seamless interaction with decentralized applications (dApps) throughout the broader omnichain ecosystem.
In other words, Fuse streamlines the liquidity process by utilizing Stargate’s multi-chain infrastructure, eliminating the necessity for distinct liquidity pathways, and decreasing dependence on incentivized liquidity programs.
Lastly, transfers between Stargate’s main chains and Fuse are free of fees or slippage, allowing a significant portion of Fuse’s liquidity to transition seamlessly to Stargate-backed assets without the need for additional capital or governance decisions.
Fuse aspires to eliminate the friction associated with conventional liquidity structures and provide more user-friendly, scalable payment solutions for both businesses and individuals through the Hydra integration.
As a result, the integration also enhances Fuse’s comprehensive development roadmap, which encompasses significant enhancements such as the Fuse Ember transition to modular architecture and the forthcoming zero-knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine (zkEVM) compatibility.
