21Shares has implemented staking in its Ethereum ETP for European investors
21Shares has rebranded its Ethereum ETP as the Ethereum Core Staking ETP, which is now listed on prominent European exchanges. The ETP has been enhanced to include staking functionality.
21Shares has disclosed a substantial enhancement to its Ethereum ETP, which includes the addition of staking functionality and the rebranding of the Ethereum Core Staking ETP. Major European exchanges, such as the SIX Swiss Exchange, Deutsche Börse Xetra, and Euronext Amsterdam, now list this recently restructured product.
The objective of the staking feature is to improve the investment experience for European investors by providing them with the opportunity to generate passive income through Ethereum staking.
The Ethereum Core Staking ETP enables investors to become involved in Ethereum’s staking ecosystem, resulting in an average staking yield of 3.17%. This feature allows investors to receive rewards by securing their Ethereum in order to support the network’s security and operations.
21Shares provides a regulated and accessible platform for institutional and retail investors to capitalize on Ethereum’s transition to a proof-of-stake consensus mechanism by incorporating staking into its ETP.
The Ethereum Core Staking ETP’s cost efficacy is one of its primary advantages. The product boasts a competitive management fee of 0.21%, which is among the lowest in the market.
The purpose of this cost-effective structure is to appeal to a broader spectrum of investors who are investigating staking opportunities. 21Shares’ CEO, Hany Rashwan, underscored the significance of this development, as he stated:
“The organization’s most recent initiative is to offer the European market the most innovative digital asset products by incorporating stake into ETHC.”
It is anticipated that the market will be significantly affected by the implementation of staking in the Ethereum Core ETP. 21Shares is addressing the increasing demand for innovative investment solutions by providing a hybrid investment product that integrates traditional finance with the advantages of decentralized technologies.
The Ethereum Core Staking ETP is particularly appealing to individuals who are interested in achieving consistent returns in a crypto market that is otherwise volatile. 21Shares is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend as European regulators continue to permit staking-based products.
The company’s leadership in the digital asset space is highlighted by its dedication to innovation and its growing presence in Europe, where 43 ETPs oversee $3.3 billion in assets.
